3. It is necessary to maintain a good academic record. There should be only one chance of obtaining a 2nd Division/Grade C throughout your academic career. 3rd Division or Grade D are not accepted.  
4. Candidates must have graduated from institutions that are authorized by either the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).  
5. Candidates who have been rejected previously from the Pakistan Military Academy or equivalent courses, as well as those who have been rejected from postgraduate entrance exams, may reapply exclusively for postgraduate programs with good hopes.
